These terms apply when you use SplitGO, the trip-splitting website published by Saran Infotech. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

SplitGO lets you keep a trip, the people on it, and the expenses they paid, in your browser, and share a link to a copy of that trip. It is a notebook for settling up. It is not a bank, a wallet, or a payment service, and a balance on the page is not proof that money moved.

You are responsible for the names, amounts, and notes you enter, and for who you send a trip link to. A shared link can be opened by anyone who has it. Do not put information in a trip that you would not want a person with that link to see.

Trips saved only in one browser can disappear if that browser's data is cleared. Share a link when you want a copy somewhere else. An older link does not pick up expenses you add later.

Use SplitGO for your own trips and groups. Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or use it to harm someone else. Do not treat it as tax, legal, or accounting advice. Check the numbers before anyone pays.

The site may show advertisements from Google. An ad is not an endorsement by Saran Infotech. How advertising cookies work is described in the privacy policy.

SplitGO is provided as it is. We may change, pause, or stop the site. We do not promise that it will always be available, that a shared link will work forever, or that a calculation will match what your group later agrees.

To the extent the law allows, Saran Infotech is not liable for lost trip data, a wrong split, a payment someone makes because of what the site showed, or anything a shared link reveals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of India.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change with it. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
